Default Climate control vents

Hello all,
I have a problem with my 92 300CE.
When I run blower air comes from all of the vents, no matter which switch is selected.
I know it's better than no air, but it causes condensation to build on the windshield when cold air is coming from the defrost vents.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Barry

there is a vacuum block behind the glove box that has alot of vacuum lines going to it and they do control the flaps for climate control and other items. Im not totally sureif your cars vacuum block is there, but most older cars have it behind the glove box.
