Default ABS ,BAS and ASR failure

When i start the motor i get this alarms:BAS;ABS and ASR.
The Automatic transmission is changing gear up and down whitout no system.
I was at MB workshop and they said it is a failure on the tacho sensor for right rear wheel.
They said this failure was common for BAS,ABS,ASR and for automatic transission.

I tryed to mesuare the mVolt on right and left sensor and both sensors are working. 1 mV different at 40 km/t ,i dont now if this is the problem?

Is it lightly that it`s the "brain for ASR" who is ****ed ,is it possible to test this brain?
El.cables goes from tacho sensor on wheels to ASR brain.
Any tips what to do ?

Boy, I wish I could give you the winning loto number on this one!

If your meter is saying good, check grounding straps, wires, etc. After that, I don't have an answer for you.

Not saying this to put down, but I'm amazed how many of the newer benzs are riddled with so many electrical issues!

Do you have a CD service manual? If not, I'd get one, it may help.

I am curious to know how your problem resolved. Some things we know from our training and job experience. Some things we know from careful research in places like this forum. Others we just learn from lowly trial and error. I have had similar warnings, have run off to the dealer ($$) with no satisfaction only to have the BATTERY FAIL shortly thereafter. Quick, inexpensive fix that was. I have had this happen to two cars.

Check that all tires are same size and same PSI
ASR uses sensor speed comparison and wrong size or under-inflation tire will bring up lamp warnings

he said the lights come on when he start the egine.

yes, different tire size will give you a MIL as plausible signal from the wheel speed sensor.

so many factors affects this that i cannot give any misleading info without the basic check.

the very first step is to check for the fault code stored from memory, and then we can go from there.

I think i mayby now what is wrong.
I have ordered a used ABS contr. unit
I have had fire in this car and i think the 12v from batteri have come in the cables from rpm sensor to the ABS contr. unit and ****et it up.
