Is there anyone having trouble with the leather around the opening of the seat belt caddy ripping and tearing. If so, is there a good answer to fixing it? My 300ce is in impecable shape except for this annoying problem.

The Clk was the replacement coupe in 1998</P>

try Using some spray glue to resecure the trim..or have a Shop do it for You</P>

Sorry. I inverted the numbers it's an '89.

You can repair the leather by using contact cement or Super Glue. P.
