Default 91 300CE Question

i have a 91 300ce that will not start. it cranks but does not start. the car was working fine before until i decided that i would become a mechanic today and fix something myself. . .dumb.

my tires were rubbing against the fender, so i decided to use a mallot and bang it a little since the tires were barely rubbing, this is on the front driver side. only after i hit the fender a few times i noticed there was an electrical device on top. i knew this was a bad idea when i saw that little box with a few wires on it.

i was told that it could be the inertia switch for the fuel cutoff and i should try to reset it, but i can't find the switch for this. another mechanic told me that the switch is built into the fuel relay and would have to take it apart to reset.

anyone have any better ideas? anybody's help would be GREATLY appreciated.

THANKS!!
