93 190E 2.6 Fails Smog, too much HP

RE: 93 190E 2.6 Fails Smog, too much HP
Too many HC [hydrocarbons] emissionscan be helped by an oil change to a heavy oil [like 20-50] right before the smog check. Also make sure your air filter is clean. No guarantees, but these are the usual suggestions.
