Okay, I'm looking at buying an 88 300CE white over grey with grey leather. 254,000miles on it. Body is almost perfect, no dings or scratches. Interior needs a little bit of work(new driver's seat and armrest). Some trim outside needs to be put back on, and it needs a new rear window, which I've been told will cost $1200 new. The car comes with a brand new OE rear bumper also. What do you all think this car should be worth? Basically a clean car with high miles that needs some money put into it. It should run well.

 

$500 bux but i haven't seen the car. And thats only cause its a CE.

 

Well, scratch what I said. It now comes with the back glass installed, bumper cover painted and title in my name. Clean body and mostly clean interior and runs well.

Is this worth $2300?

 

Offer them $1900. Make sure every electronic option works cause thats what get expensive on older benzes.

 

Only thing I've noticed that didn't work was the thing that "hands" you the seatbelt on the passenger side. The motor works, I know that because I heard it try to move, but it didn't push the arm out.

 

Sounds good $2100 max but i like i said b4 i have not seen it. I am a picky buyer that wont pay anymore than wholesale value of cars unless i have too have it.
