Default 1996 e320 electrical problems

Hey all. I need some help. I have a 1996 Mercedes e320 that is having electrical issues. Right now I have no power to the switches on the center console which means no power windows. I have no power to the trunk release. I have no blinkers(with or without the hazard switch on). The mirrors do not work. I found a 40 amp fuse that was blown under the hood of the car but that did not fix it. I have disconnected both power window motors on the front end of the car. I had to apply 12v to them to roll them up. No clue what is causing this. I have found 4 fuse boxes and other then the 40 amp fuse I can't find anything that could be causing this. I also have not found any relays in the car. Not saying they are not there, just that I could not find them. I really need a schematic for this car or someone to point me in the right direction.

Any help would be fantastic.

I looked through the window block diagram for it. All it has on it is the name of the unit the window switches all live on. I already swapped that out. It didn't make a difference. I am having a hard time finding where power is coming from that flows into that page.
