i have a 190e 1991 mecedes. the blower motor is making a noise. how do you access the motor.do you remove the dash cover?

 

Anyone?? Surely someone has had this problem before and knows the sequence to access the blower motor.

If its like my 88 300TE you access the blower motor through the engine compartment behind the wiper motor. Not sure if it is the same.

 

Yep, it's located under the plastic grill beneath the wiper. There is a plasic housing that you have to remove to get to it. Do you have a repair manual, like Hayes? Very helpful and only $15 or so at AutoZone.
