Cls 320 judder when accelerating hard

Angry Cls 320 judder when accelerating hard
I have 2005 55 plate cls 320 cdi. The issue I have is when it gets to around 3000rpm I have a huge judder which normally puts the car into limp home! Any ideas as to what I can be? Could a faulty dpf cause this?

The error code is saying that there is a turbo actuator issue, but have fitted a reckoned turbo and fault is still there, so I guess this is the symptom and not the root cause!

Just fitted a recon turbo and actuator, and all seems to be good now, so fingers crossed.
