Just had a towbar fitted to my 97/98 CLK320 although i never had trouble before there seems to be a problem with both the electric windows they will go down but only if you keep the rocker switch pressed and not with the one touch but do not come up only if you press the switch in half way position. The fitter said he only disconneted the battery and has not touched anything else.
Has anyone got any ideas please, i'm going away this weekend and i am a bit concerned that i might end up stuck with no power windows Cheers Mike

only push the button half way(first detent) and raise the window..then when the window hits the top...then push to the second detent and hold the switch for about 5 seconds. should then be normalized.
the rear windows on a clk only go down with one touch....not up with one touch im almost sure of that.....
