Default Clk350 transmission problems

Hi Guys,
I'm glad to have this community, that way we can help each other with your experiences, here's the issue that I'm dealing with, your help with be highly appreciate:
My Car: CLK350, Year 2008, Transmission 722.9
* All the way back to around November 2019, I turn on my car early morning around 6am, but the car is on Limp mode, I does not move anywhere, does not take any shift, a get some kind of frustrated, but take it easy, waited like 5-10 minutes and think to myself, let me do one more try, the car took gears and I was working as normal.

As that happen, I schedule with my guy a transmission maintenance: replace filter and transmission oil, I did it like early December 2019 (like a month later), the car was working just fine, just one time incident at this point.

* Like between late February to last week, once a month, no more than that, I use to get my way home from work (8 miles ride), and if by any reason I stop somewhere really quick: Walmart, gas station or whatever, when I turn on the car, between 2nd and 3rd gear my car It was not smooth at all, I had to push it a little bit in order to change and It nocked between those gears.

So here's the deal, yesterday I did the same stuff like around 5pm stoped somewhere on my way home, started my car but was stuck at first gear, it was not shown gears on my dash, I tried to used manual, but NO, nothings works, it does not matter RPM it was stuck on first gear, turn on the check engine (CODE U0101), I get home, check under the car to see if it was any leaks or single wire damage but everything looks perfect.

I clean the code, waited until the car cool down. like around 7.30pm, I said let's tried, the car turned on just fine, shown everything on the dash, move it Reverse and Drive around the neighborhood (less than 1 mile), when I was parking at home it when back to limp mode.

Like around 9pm, repeat the same process, car was fine around the neighborhood, but when back to limp mode and this time showed Code 0513.

Been reading it may be the TCM and there's too many histories, some people said needs replace, others it can be repair of re programmed, but I been calling some of those repair shops and the said nobody deals with my codes: U0101 and 0513.

Any clue, idea, suggestions, please help?, somebody that have experienced the same issue?, at this point I don't know what to do...
