I am from the UK, wondering if I could pick your assorted brains.

I have been offered a 2000 CLK430 coupe, (Post facelift) full service history and in very good condition, for £7500 ($15000 approx.)

Only catch is that it has 190 000 miles on the clock!

Does anyone have any comments- What is the expected lifespan of gearbox and engine on one of these, assuming it's been properly serviced (Which it has)

I'd welcome your thoughts! It is very cheap for that age, but the mileage is the only thing I'm worried about. What else is likely to have worn out?
