My wiper fluid isn't pumping. I have replaced the pump and have confirmed that the pump is good. The fuse map just says "electronic" which I assume means there is not a fuse and that it runs directly off the battery?

Has anyone else had this issue? I have checked any fuses that deal with the wipers (wipers work, turn signals etc work). I am thinking there must me a disconnect somewhere preventing power to the pump.

Any suggestions?
