RE: WINDOW NOT OPENING
The switches are fairly easy to access. Remove the switch from the door panel and get a 12V tester. Check the switch with this with the power on. If you see 12V AT THE SWITCH, the switch is bad and all you have to do is unplug it and plug in a new one. If there is NO POWER AT THE SWITCH, it's further up the wiring to the fuse box or between. Usually, USUALLY, fuses for window switches control them all, so I am suspicious more of the switch itself than what might be an individual fuse for just that window. Very rare to have a fuse in a fuse box for each window. Hope this helps.

RE: WINDOW NOT OPENING
Power would still have to flow through the switch on the door, so.......if that switch is faulty, it's unlikely that the switch
you control as the driver would have an effect. Power may be stopping at that door switch. First thing is to start at the
faulty window and trace it from that switch. If there's power to that switch, and
nothing happens when you operate it at the door, jump it with a small wire and see if the window moves. If it doesn't, it's
the motor, not the switch. If it does move, it's the switch.
