Default Where is the oil drain plug and the filter?

I wanted to change the oil and filter today, but when I looked under the car it appeared to not have the traditional oil pan. Any Idea's.

C240

If your C class is anything like mine, your oil plug will be an sob to find for the first time. Go infront of the car, lie down on your stomache or whatever, then look in the center of the car. It should be a screw about foot or so away from the radiator.

As for the oil filter. This picture is of a 2002 C240. I believe this cylinder is the oil filter, which is easily accessable.

dont forget...

The hard plastic cover under the engine needs to be removed in order to see the oil-pan plug (aka drain nut).
