Trunk unlatch but doesn't open fully in C400 for some time already. It opens ~4" and that is it. I have to open it fully by hand. It doesn't meter if I use a remote or press the button on trunk.
Mercedes service is unable to find out and fix this problem. I removed covers but I don't see anything what could block mechanism. It used to close without a problem, but recently doesn't close. Goes down and stops ~ 10" above latch. When I open by hand and press button again it closes. Very irritating. I like to fix it. Any clue where to look, how to fix it?
