I was thinking about purchasing a used 2001 C320. The car is listed as follows:

*) 1 owner, clean CarFax
*) 74K miles (less than average)
*) Clean interior/exterior...midnight blue/tan
*) Ask price @ 12K USD

?) What type of mileage can I expect to get out ofa C320 as long as its taken care of correctly? (not gas mileage but total use mileage)
?) Is this car up for major maintenance at this mileage?
?) How reliable are these cars?
?) Anything else I should look for or ask about?

how long the car will last depends how the vehicle is maintained,

services are due every 10k miles and they rotate between minor(A) and major(B) every time ex: 10k=A SERVICE, 20K B SERVICE
fuel filter, 60k
air filter 30k-60k depending on conditions
brake fluid every 2yrs
coolant 3 years
spark plugs 100k
dust filer(a/c) 20k
trans service 80k-100k

these car due have problems, there is no way to prevent them, just be ready for them
