Curious if anyone else has had this problem or knows why it does it. i have C230 and when I come to a sudden slow down, like to turn the transmissions shifts to 1st gear. It does not do it all the time, but quite a bit. It does it in the "comfort" setting and in the "Sport" setting.????

 

I have a 2007 C230 and it does the same thing. I always use the sport setting so I don't know if it happens in the comfort setting as well. I've read about this being a common problem and is a big job to fix.

 

So any ideas how to fix, is it going to get worse? I put mine in sport and it doen't do it as bad as the comfort setting
