Recommendations on Plugs and Wires?

Recommendations on Plugs and Wires?
I was wondering what type of wires and plugs work the best? I have a 1990 190E 2.6. Any suggestions.
BTW Alex reffered me to the Bilstein shocks wow they make a huge difference. I had leaky front struts on my Benz and now it rides like new. I also had the breaks replaced with OEM parts and they are fantastic. I want to change all the fluids next and replace the wires and plugs.
Bosch? NGK? AC Delco?
One last thing I have a hole im my exhaust and I was wondering what brand was recommended?
