Default problems after i charged the battery

Hey guys, I have this problem and I want to know if you guys can help me out..My battery discharged because I left some light on so I charged the battery and everything came back as normal but I just realized that the middle light in the inside won’t go on if any door its open, also if I open any door when the car is on, supposed to say that some door is open but It doesn’t do it anymore, same happens with the trunk or the hood, if they are open it won’t say it on the screen….please help me out!

It is a MB C230 Kompressor 2005

Thanks!

Any time the battery is discharge your car computer loose the factory setting. Your car computer need time to solve this problem by resetting the lights. Car computer is design to register any problem on the vehicle. MB dealer has device known as memory-saver. Before battery need to be replaced, memory -saver is connect to cigar lighter socket so car computer has power when battery is disconnected and all factory settings and memory is saved. Overall, your car is OK. Let the car computer to do the job.
