Ya, the ash interior is going to need alot of love and money down the line, kinda like a wife, but it sure looks good. BTW, good choice. I just wanted to weigh out my options on the horsepower issue, I originally bought the car on a lease and then two days later changed my mind and decided to just buy it(finance it). Wow...! That was not easy but, needless to say my dealership really jumped through hoops to get it down. It only took me a couple of days to drive it to realize and appreciate how nice of a ride it was. It really is a smooth ride, even at 100mph.

Oh ya, I forgot to ask, did you get the ipod or phone integeration kit, and if you did, is it worth what the dealer is charging?...I have been searching for this topic in the forum but haven't come across it.

P.S- TO ALL C -CLASS DRIVERS- DON'T FORGET TO ROLL DOWN YOUR REAR SHADE WHEN DRIVING AT HIGH SPEEDS WITH ALL THE WINDOWS OPEN, ITS NOT GOOD.

I agree the Ash is a pain in the ****! Let me know what you decide on tint, this is something I want to do but not go too dark.

No IPOD integration. I use my ITrip and it works pretty well. No Motorola integration either.

I have not seen 100 yet, not sure I have been over 80. I tend to drive this car slower than
my old 3 Series which I stretched out all the time I am still below 800 miles.

I chose to lease the damn thing. First time I have leased - I have always been a long term
buyer. The lease was pretty painless and I can buy it at 39 months for $21k or so.

So far I am quite pleased. I am not sorry that I chose this over the 325i.

Lets just say it was almost a goner. I don't reccomend it, I was and idiot for forgetting to roll it down, It was flapping around quite vigorously and gave me a good scare. No harm though, just a lesson learned.

Well, here in San Diego it hard to find a good deal on the tint, I am looking at a 36 or 37 %, since I have the Ash interior which is brighter then others a 37% will really look like a 35 or 36% tint, verse having black leather interior and the tint will a little darker, but your right not to dark, I think it looks classier not going towards that whole limo tint look.

Is your Itrip made by Monster? I have been debateing on getting one or not, I heard mixed reviews. Good luck with the lease. Just remember that 21k residual after three years of payments isn't negotiated price you and the dealer agreed upon, But I'am sure you know that already. I just felt more compfortable purchising mine. I actually got my dealership to cancel the lease after 6 days of driving the vehicle around on a lease and then changed my mind and got them to write up a new contract as cash purchise. It was definitley interesting, I think I made history at this dealership, I was the finance mangers nightmare for one week.

Not sure what you are suggesting SoCal?

The $21k was definately stated as the purchase option price at lease end. Unless of course
I choose to attempt to negot. it down further?
