heater blows cold from dash no matter what i do -- floor etc. ar eblowing warm, panel always cold.

any ideas?

 

Mine does the same, I need to order a manual. Is that normal?

the manual does not mention anything about it.

assuming luvres are not broken inside your climate control system....

you need to reset the climate control system. this sort of thing happens a lot in MB because germans are just bad in electronics. if you want a perfect car, buy a lexus. but MB will keep you entertain with a lot of electrical hipcups.

your dealer knows how to reset it.
