MB does not put an indicator on the dash to remind the driver the cruise control is activated?
Every other auto brand that I've owned had some kind of warning or indicator. Is this something that all German auto brands do (or don't do I should say) ? Maybe a stupid question. But I was just wondering.

Agree. When you're foot is off the gas pedal, it's pretty obvious it's on. I've never had a car with an indicator on the dash for cruise control, and I've owned cars for forty years. I don't really understand why a person would need an indicator since the mechanism is deactivated with the touch of the brake anyway. Right? Hmmmm.
