Car alarm...lights flash etc..but no alarm is heard...any suggestions as to why i am getting only half the deal? No matter what i do to invade the car it stays very quiet..anyone had this on their car...1997 model</P>

The alarm horn is on the passenger side, under the hood near the firewall. It's probably disconnected or bad.</P>

 

I have a 2004 C230K doing the exact same thing...
