Hello! I have a 2003 C320 that is blowing out warm air. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with the AC. There is approx 137,000 miles on the car.

When we first checked the refrigerant, the gauge on the can showed that it was 'over capacity'. So we let some out. That changed nothing. Then we tried to add new refrigerant back in. That also did nothing.

1. Could the new gauge that came on the can of refrigerant be broken? Maybe we didn't put enough back in?

2. Could it be something else?
