Hi there everyone,

I have a 94 C280 that I just bought and took it for an oil change. The servicemen found the following problems:
1. minor differential leak
2. major oil transmission leak
3. major oil leak

I have seen them myself, they are not leaking very very bad but the boxes underneath the car are a little bit oilly.
Does anyone has ahd these problems before any can advise me where to get them fixed and how much would eventually cost ?

1 -Common. Sometimes people report it is just fluid that has jostled out of the top vent hole.
2 and 3 - Could be as simple as failing rubber seals around plug in connections to each device. Do some research across the different MB forums and you will find references to o rings around connection plugs that go bad. Not sure if your tranny islike the ones mentioned in the threads but it is someplace to start checking before you get into other things. You can buy the dye to put in the engine oil that lights up under black light to help you diagnose the engine oil leak.
