I have a 20020 C240 and well my Cousin - pulled the **** up so hard that it broke. The door will not open from the outside, on from the inside. I was wondering if I can buy the part and have it replaced with out going to the dealer?

sort of complicated to do by yourself. might need a dealer or a benz specialist. if your from philly ill do it for you.

usually the piece that breaks is on the inside of the door. behind the outside handle. which handle is broken, the inside or outside handle?

 

Hey chassis,

I have a similar problem. An ogre of a female co-worker yanked on my rear passenger-side handle (exterior)andafter doing so it would not sit flush with the rest of the handle. I tried to force it down andI heard something pop. The door still opens from the outside but there is less resistance than the other 3 handles.

Any ideas?

 

probably the same isssue as juicy has.
