I try to close the windows and sun roof with the smart key and did'nt happen. The thing is that it happens before an air bag light reset. Any comments are welcome!!

For a variety of reasons the windows and roof can get out of sync.
Try using the mechanical key to both unlock and lower the windows and wait for the roof to fully open then reverse the process and close everything.
Now try the smart key.
Its worked for me every time.
