On my C-230 I replaced the front left turn signal bulb and the dash screen indicates that the bulb still needs to be replaced. Is this tied into the on board computer system. Does the computer need to be reset. If so how do you do it.

I don't know whether or not it is a computer resest issue or not, but if you did not get the correct bulb (MB) the computer will not observe the correct resistance and still fault.

 

the cars computer reads a certain voltage from the light bulb itself. If for any reason the new light bulb you bought is not the same voltage as the manufacturer bulb it will cause the error every time you turn on the lights. Like my led bulbs do on my mercedes.
