I have C240 2002 model and I need help with replacing bulb for the turn signal on exterior mirror. I'm not sure how to remove the housing to replace dead bulb.

The local mechanic wants $30 to do it which I think is outrageous.

i believe that is a led stip which bolts from the inside of the mirror housing if you dont see screws on the outside blinker glass (which you probably wont) you have to take the paint outer mirror housing off the
mirror assembly it slides off once you press the release tab from behind the glass side mirror. a feat best left to a qualified technician because the mirror assemblies are expension if broken also they tend not to go out that much are all the side marker light working (lt/side,rear??? ) you might have another problem
