Buyer Beware '06 C230 NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!
I did quite a bit of research before jumping in and buying this '06 C230
and now after 10 months and 5k miles I feel I have not gotten what people
were claiming.
10 months and 5k miles and this car has not been back to the dealer once!
It sits in MY garage every night! I thought it was going to be a LEMON! That
is what every one said....
It has not done anything STUPID yet. The transmission shifts, the electronics
pass electrons from positive to negative...
Well I guess I am just the exception and everyone else's MBZ SUCKS!
Oh well...

Over 5 years (only 23K miles) and my 2002 C230K has not visited the dealer except for dealer covered maintenance. Although they did replace the coil to the #1 cylinder and gas cap during my last service. Even my OEM tires are fine. Still feels and looks like a new car. Frequent oil and filter changes, frequent washings, tires kept at pressure, minimal rain and snow exposure and parked inside. I even got 34 mpg on a 850 mile interstate drive. Keeping it forever!
i bought my c230 2002 coupe salvage with 65k a replace everithing in the front then had an accident again and the car is perfect no mecanical problems right know it has 70k and everithing is been good for a car that has been in 2 colitions so for me mercedes still is an excelent car. the only thing is that i`m not able to make more than 22mpg.
