'98 C230 "Click" sound from front brakes.

'98 C230 "Click" sound from front brakes.
Recently I replaced front shoe pads. Every time I start up the engine and press the brake pedal I hear "click". After 5 min. of running the car there is no any sound from the brakes.
Breaking is OK and that "click" I hear only when the engine is cold. Anybody have idea what make that "click"?
