97 C230 Won't fire, cranks one revolution only
I have 97 C230 thank will not fire or get power to the coils. It will only crank for 1-2 seconds only. As I'm holding the key in the crank position, it starts to crank then won't continue as I hold the key in that position. Has a new starter. I'm lost.
Something is telling it to not crank. Is it because it's not firing?

It was the key.
