Default No start, cranks only

hey my 300d is being a pita, it turns over and the battery is good but it will not start, I realize this is vague information but it is bascially all I know. the oil is at the right level and there is fuel going to the fuel filters. if anyone has had similar experience please provide your insight.

could the shut off be stuck in the off position

gp relay is semi checked, i've checked parts of the gp system i'll check that next

I have the hose off

haven't tried fuel lines yet

and it wouldn't start with just the turbo without air cleaner (i do realize it's not good for the car)

so if it's not the fuel supply or gp issue i'm going to be stumped

well i believe the solenoid is a recurring problem as it turns over after hitting the solenoid. how does one know if it is the solenoid or the starter itself? also can something cause the shut off to stick or something in the pump break?
