97 c230 telescopic antenna blocked and CD player/changer problem
It happened last year too... Yesterday I noticed the antenna won't go in when I turn OFF the radio . Well, today, it did, but didn't came out anymore. Last year I put some W40 and it worked till now, any ideas?
2nd problem. The CD player/changer stopped working , but the radio and the tape are working. Its the original one. I can switch functions radio-tape and both work, but when I press the CD button nothing happens. Its not just the button because the last time the CD was used was left on CD function (but OFF) before closing the car. And when i press the power button next day, nothing happens so i press on radio - that works .
I appreciate any suggestion.

With regard to the antenna, this is basically a design flaw on the C-Class. When the aerial is up, it allows water to get into the aerial itself. Over time this causes the aerial to seize. I've had my car for 12 years and replaced the aerial once. when it happened again i decided it wasn't worth changing again as it would probably just seize again.

Thanks jsizzle09 for the reply. I'll try get access to it, see whats going on there.... have to change the oil too...
My upholstery on top need to be also replaced and the guy from the shop would do it cheap if I can take the Sun Roof apart , because he wont do it because last time he broke the slider panel and he said he won't do that anymore Anyone knows how to (safely) remove the slider panel to get access to the sunroof?
