Hello,

Just a week ago something frightning happened. My friend who was driving in his Mercedes E220 suddenly was scared because the car just completely blocked while driving. He couldn't do anything. The car behind him couldn't stop and had hit him on the back. Luckily no one got hurt but this is a frightning thought. He couldn't understand why this happened. He's thinking that maybe the automatic gear is the problem but he's not sure. The only thing he knows is that all the lights on his dashboard lightened up and the car blocked completely.
Is there maybe someone who knows why this could happen or someone who experienced this him/herself?
