My 1994 C280 has two problems.
1) Wiper motion has hesitation around 45 and 135 degrees
2) Wiper only work at high speed

I have solved the first problem by lubing the wiper arm.Thanks guys!!!
I don't know how to attack the second issue. I think I need to check the relay which I read is located on the wiper motor, but where is the motor located? Anyone has any info on the relay location???

Is the relay located behind the glove box???
