I have a c class 2004 I have a problem with my windscreen wiper arm. On lifting the casing the arm has came loose in one place it looks like the ring around the bolt has worn away. Can I replace this ring and if so what is the part code. All help will be greatly appreciated.:confused

 

usually you can just tighten them up and your good to go. ive seen them come loose many times.
