Wiper Arm won't go back down
1986 190E - changed the wiper blade today and now the arm won't go down. It is normally difficult to do but now it is really stubborn. What can I do without breaking it?

It's okay I have fixed the wiper arm with a bit of CRC to unseize it.
Next Question: Re; the air filter sponge bit - the cover that goes over the airfilter. This looks like a sponge/foam piece which needs replacing. What is the part id name and can I replace it with an ordinary piece of foam/sponge?
