Default Way to test O2 sensors...?

Is there a way I can test my clk O2 sensors and heater with my volt/ohm meter?

my check engine light is on; I was told it was my O2 sensors.

I want to replace it myself; I just don't know which one is bad....

checking for signal: with engine temp at more than 80 degrees celsius, idle it for at least two minutes, engine running. connect voltmeter to two signal lines. voltage should fluctuate between -0.2volt to 1.0 volt. (fluctuation should not be more than 0.3 volt).

checking heater activation: with engine temp at more than 80 degrees celsius, idle it for at least two minutes, engine off and ignition on.
connect voltmeter to heater line. voltage should be at least 12 volts.
current draw is 0.6 ampere to 3.4 ampere.
