How do I remove center console switchs for my power windows?

 

Remove the rubber shroud around the shifter. Remove the ash tray. I think there's some screws up in there to remove as well. Slide the wooden panel backwards. The switches are snapped into place. You'll see it once you slide the panel off. Do not pull up on the panel. You will break the retaining pin.
