I recently drained my slave battery whilst car in storage so nothing worked couldn't move gear shift out of park! Eventually managed to boost charge battery and all seemed OK until a week or so later when CL failed to open boot although did open other doors but not now! Key won't turn and boot locked down. Roof not opening because internal cover not locked in place.

How can I open the boot to re-charge or replace the slave battery??

 

Hi Phil, I have encountered the same problem with my SL350 (2003) - I have no electrics at all and I cant access boot - wont even open with blade key - jammed shut.
Wanted to check battery in boot. How did you manage to get access into boot?
