Hello, first topic so im not sure about the actual tech help, but I drive a 1997 E300 Diesel Benz, and the gears seem to stick between 1st and 2nd gear. The transmission drives up the first gear untill it cant go any higher, and the Benz like snps forward, and EVENTUALLY, shifts to second. After a few minutes/miles of driving, its fine. If anyone can help me with diagnosing this problem, that would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

did you checked to see if the transmission is leaking any where? to me it sounds like it's low on fluid.

 

I have not seen it leak at all...its actually my dads car, and he was thinking of selling it to me, im just seeing about the repair bill lol. I could check that though....do you happen to know where it is right off? So I dont have to look all around for it...
