please help!
if you can find which motor is supposed to move the seat back and forth, sometimes the motor can pop out of the track, or sometimes the drive shaft can pop out of the track and you can use a hand tool to manually turn the seat gearing. what about using the handle on the back of the seat? the one to move the backrest to get in the back seat? usually the seat will move all the way forward.
Check all the fuses, there are a few of them for the seats. Fuse box in the trunk next to the spare tire, and also the fuse box under the hood. The CLKs has issues with seat fuses blowing.
