Default Motor mounts replacement

I’m trying to replace the motor mounts on my 2011 Mercedes E350 4Matic but I can’t figure out how to remove the the metal heat shield above the mounts. I took the one bolt out but the shield will not move. Anyone with ideas can post here or email me at auerochs@hotmail.com

Replacing motor mounts is a critical maintenance task that helps ensure the stability and performance of customized drayage solutions LA of your vehicle’s engine. Motor mounts secure the engine to the vehicle’s frame, absorbing vibrations and minimizing engine movement during operation. Over time, these mounts can wear out or break due to age, stress, or exposure to extreme conditions, leading to excessive engine vibration, misalignment, or even damage to other components.
