I need you're help guys. I bought this car for my kid to go back and fourth to school in. recently the windows and sunroof are opening on their own during the night. My kid told me about it, Starting looking at the car and found: remote will not lock or unlock the doors, lights flash light it does but the locks dont move. Also noted that the gas cap cover will not open, i had to use the manual release to open it. changed the battery in the key and nothing has changed. Anyone every heard of something like this happening?

 

Your Pse pump for central locking is bad , it located next to the battery in a foam looking box under the rear bench seat , (passenger side) it will do all the stuff you listed above , more than likely it has water damage an been shorted .
