I have a 500 SEL with 100,000 miles.

The electric, in front of the radiator, run constanly even in sub 32degree weather,

Is this normal??

Also trying to change the rear shocks,can't get the rear seat out, any secrets??

the coolant temp sensor must be defective or the wire is open. check it first.

no secret in removing the seat. it's just a lever that you need to push on one side. some got 10mm heat bolt.
