Default E55 AMG Supercharger cutting out. Please Help

Hello all. I am new to this forumbut I have already found it to be very educational. I recently purchased an aftermaket pulley for my 2004 E55 AMG. When I took it to the track this past weekend, I experienced a severe loss of power when shifting into 4th gear under heavy acceleration. I know it sounds crazy since the Supercharger is always engaged, but the loss of power was so noticable, it felt like the Supercharger disengaged. I am sure that some kind of security feature caused this drop in power but the car was not running hot at all and I don't understand how this could happen. After a few minutes of running slower, the Supercharger reengaged and all was fine until I tried it again with the same results. Does anyone have ideas on what is causing this problem and what can be done to fix it? Thanks in advance for your help.

Default RE: E55 AMG Supercharger cutting out. Please Help

the superchargers have a seperate cooling system thats a low pressure circuit-if your running it at the track with an aftermarket pulley this may increase heat im not sure but i had an S65 which has a lowpressure cooling circuit for turbos that had air in the system and caused a maajjoorr loss of power-may have some sort of the same deal going on not sure-hard to diagnose a car on the internet
