I take it your wanting to run your car on parcial hydrogen, or are you talking water injection? Hydrogen convertors will use 12v with 2 probes into a water solution one probe makes H2 other oxygen. Better set up is two tanks with a bottom connection this way one tank makes H2 2nd oxygen. I make hydrogen for a living and hydrogen is EXPLOSIVE with as little as 4% oxygen in it. If you are making or buying a kit { watch e-bay has a lot of juck kits] make sure you use a check valve so it can not burn back to your tank!!! They can work, but energy is not created or distroyed just converted to a nother form. If you wish to get into this futher I can explain in more detail.
