I have the same issue as several posters. Control system does not recognize that the cd magazine of 6 cds is loaded and it will not eject the magazine. I have a SL55 which has the CD changer behind the drivers seat. When I push the magazine eject button on the CD player the green light flashes but it won't eject.There must be a simpler solution than replacing the whole unit. Person that posts the solution I will send $50 to (I promise)!!!!!

 

Try a different magazine. It worked for me. The CD holders should slide freely, and by freely, I mean no friction. I've found that the older magazines' get sticky.
